Head of Transversal Solutions Manager

Description

As part of a new need, we are looking for a Head of Solutions and Transversal Software Division in Rabat for a permanent position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Implementation, maintenance and user support of software solutions
• Implementation and maintenance of applications related to the credit activity
• Implementation and maintenance of BI solutions and providing user support in operational and decision-making reporting

Attributions:

• Management and monitoring of the maintenance activity of the bank’s software packages
• Ensure users the adequate availability of software solutions
• Provide users with the necessary support for the use and operation of software solutions
• Provision of users with the data necessary for the exercise of their business activities
• Management and monitoring of projects for the implementation of new software solutions
• Management and monitoring of credit activity projects
• Planning of the budget necessary for the operation and new projects of the division
• Planning of the recruitments necessary to absorb the workload.
• Implementation of CPS project and maintenance and monitoring of their implementation.
• Follow-up of the career plan of the employees of the division.
• Implementation and maintenance of steering, monitoring and operational reports intended for the various entities of the bank.
• Monitoring of management activity and implementation of new CPS for the acquisition of management services.
• Follow-up of the invoicing of the division’s construction and maintenance project contracts.
• Monitor the division’s service action plan and the performance indicators of the division’s activities.
