Job Description:
We are recruiting a construction site manager on behalf of one of our clients based in France.
Tasks:
The duties of the site manager are as follows:
- Study the site plans
- Analyze and follow the execution plans transmitted by the offices
- Help to establish the methods of execution as well as the needs in personnel, equipment and materials.
- Ensure the supply of materials for the works
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Organize and distribute the work according to the plans
- Manage the hourly volume of workers
- Manage salaries, bonuses and staff schedules, validation of orders, supplies and invoices
Profile
Training Bac + 2 or more in the field of construction, you justify a successful experience of at least 4 years in a similar position.
