Head of Functional Architecture

Job description:

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for a Head of Functional Architecture Service in Rabat for a permanent position.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build, update and develop the cartography of the information system
• Build and maintain a roadmap for the construction of the general target architecture in collaboration with the managers of the corresponding domains

Attributions:

• – Maintain the architecture repository
• Build and maintain IS maps
• Build and maintain a roadmap for building the general target architecture of the IS
• Prepare project architecture committees and measure steering indicators
• Prepare and animate IS knowledge places (MOA clubs, AMOA, workshops/feedback, retrospective)
• Guarantee the coherent evolution of the entire information system in compliance with the company’s objectives, the various functional areas and external constraints
• Develop the principles of functional and application architecture and the associated urbanization rules.
• Participate with other DSI entities in the design and development of the Master Plan
• Prepare and animate the Architecture Committees and control the alignment of the proposed solutions with the target.
• Check that ongoing transformation projects comply with IS construction rules
• Carry out a technological watch
• Ensure the management of the employees of his entity

Job requirements:

• Preferably, from Bac+5 and more – Preferably SI
• At least 5 years of experience in the design, development of new technologies
• Mastery of the JAVA JEE/.NET domain and the main technologies and approaches to IS architecture (SOA, REST, BATCH, ESB, MOM, etc.).
