Description:

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for an IT Project Manager for Accounting and Finance Support Activities in Rabat for a permanent position.

Assignment :

  • Ensure and guarantee the optimal functioning of the user support activity in order to respect the SLAs. Allocations
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of service and the availability of computer media to users
  • Administer and maintain the support management system (accessibility, traffic analysis, etc.)
  • Implement security rules and standards in collaboration with the departments concerned
  • Install, put into production, administer and operate the technical platforms in his field.
  • Locate and resolve incidents or anomalies related to its field by piloting interventions
  • Ensure the optimization of the configurations of the systems in his domain
  • Reception of user requests following malfunctions: taking into account customer calls and tickets.
  • Recording of requests: recording of reported incidents or operating anomalies.
  • Pre-qualification of malfunctions for orientation on ad hoc supports (technical, functional): pre-diagnosis and transfer of customer calls to the competent entities.
  • Processing or triggering of corresponding support actions: 1st level processing of incidents or anomalies on workstations, reported internally or by the SVP: diagnosis, identification, formulation, resolution.
  • Incident follow-up: follow-up on the handling of customer calls. Exploitation of the incident database: reminders, consolidation, trend analysis. Requests for substantive preventive actions.
  • Customer information: alert, customer information.
  • Dissemination of information.
  • Provide 1st level support to end users
  • Ensure 2nd level escalation in complete transparency for end users in the event of a problem requiring advanced expertise
  • Help identify and analyze incidents/malfunctions
  • Set up and use reporting tools
  • Ensure a good supply of knowledge bases
  • Project management

Job requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years experience on Oracle eBS desirable
  • Knowledge of purchasing, finance and HR ERPs;
  • Knowledge of development tools (ETL SAP, Java / J2EE)
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL Server
  • Good level on Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Knowledge in risk and LAB solutions
